terms of service

Crab Apple Design registers the domain for you. you remain the legal registrant of the domain. As such, you will be asked upon signing up with us for your current postal address, phone number, and email information. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information for the domain registration. you must notify crab apple design with any changes in registration information.

Crab Apple Design will host its clients' websites for a $10 a monthly fee payable through an automated monthly paypal subscription in 1 month increments. as part of the hosting agreement, crab apple design clients can request alterations to the site provided as a service in the following form:

switching or deleting, or adding one image once a month or

switching or deleting, or adding one portion of text (up to 500 characters) once a month

any additional changes performed by crab apple design will follow the pricing
guidelines set forth on this website

crab apple design will keep any unused updating credits for up to 3 months

updating services: crab apple design will make every effort to have your updated information
online within 3 business days and perhaps sooner.

Hosting services: Crab Apple Design shall use commercially reasonable efforts to have your website accessible and online on a twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week basis. you acknowledge and agree that from time to time your website may be inaccessible because of: (i) equipment malfunctions; (ii) periodic maintenance procedures or repairs that crab apple design may need to perform from time to time; or (iii) causes beyond the reasonable control of crab apple design or that are not reasonably foreseeable by crab apple design, including, without limitation, interruhion or failure of telecommunication or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, network congestion or events beyond our control. you acknowledge and agree that crab apple design has no control over the availability of the services on a continuous or uninterrupted basis.

You agree to comply with any applicable local, state, federal and international laws, government rules or requirements. you agree you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid to crab apple design if, for any reason, crab apple design takes corrective action with respect to your improper or illegal use of its Services, including but not limited to copyright infringement, activities invasive of the privacy of a third party, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; activities designed to impersonate the identity of a third party; illegal access to other computers or networks (i.e., hacking); distribution of Internet viruses or similar destructive activities.
